When Tina Boyle moved to Clare in 2007, she expected to stay for six months to a year. Instead, she found herself becoming part of the community and looking for ways to give something back.

Tina recently joined Clare FM’s Morning Focus to talk about that journey, her involvement with the Festival of Finn and the many different ways people become involved in community life across Clare.

Her story reflects the spirit of Clare’s European Volunteering Capital 2027 year, which will celebrate volunteering in all its forms and the contribution volunteers make to communities across the county.
